The ceremony was performed by Rev. Schwarz in the parlor of the large residence, which was prettily decorated in white and pink flowers for the occasion. The bride wore a gown of white French lawn trimmed with Irish baby lace and carried white roses. She was accompanied by her father, going into the tunes of Mendellsohn's wedding march played by Mrs. Mable Lofstrom. After the ceremony, a lunch was served the guests, and at 2:30 Mr. and Mrs. Brown went to the depot to take the train for the city, from which place they will go to Casselton, N.D. for a visit at the home of the bride's sister, Mrs. Dr. Richmond. Of course they were accompanied by the guests, who were equal to the occasion with rice and old shoes. Mr. and Mrs. Brown are the recipients of many heart congratulations and good wishes, as they are most estimable and popular young people. After returning from the wedding trip they will go to housekeeping in the house occupied by the late S.D. allen. Besides a few intimate friends and the young ladies of the old Octave Club, of which the bride was a member, the guests were Rev. Lofstrom, of Faribault, Misses Leighton and Lundbrall of Soo Rapids, Miss Dlaring of Worthington, Miss Gross of Dundee and Miss Jefferson of Bingham Lake.1
